RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician, Staff to conduct scheduled PM, calibration, and conversions. The role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, guiding new technicians, and ensuring equipment meets safety and quality standards before release to production.

Responsibilities

Conduct PM / calibration / conversions as defined in the schedule for individual equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, escalating when necessary.
Fan out developed knowledge of job skills and procedures across similar equipment to improve performance and standardization.
Guide and train new line technicians on equipment maintenance and working procedures.
Release equipment to production after maintenance, ensuring it meets safety and quality requirements.
Comply with safety standards during machine PM / conversions / repairs / chemical handling.
Ensure all conversion, PM, and repair activities are completed in accordance with procedures and buy-off checklists.
Comply strictly with settings defined by process parameter specifications & tolerance.
Withdraw spare parts from MPC for machine repairs.
Service/repair tooling/jigs/machine parts timely.
Support engineers in machine setup, qualification, and optimization for new products, materials, and processes.
Assist engineers in performing complex troubleshooting, equipment upgrades, qualification activities, and improvement projects.
Provide proper shift handover and communicate equipment status, ongoing issues, and pending actions effectively.

Requirements

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Technical Certificate.
4 years of relevant technical experience.
Possesses technical competencies in his field of study.
Ability to work independently, be hands-on and dive into technical details.
Experience with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power-Point, Excel and Word.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of electroplating and wet processing equipment is preferred.
