Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Outside Sales Engineers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and manufacturing sites.
- Review customer inquiries and develop technical and commercial proposals.
- Participate in proposal kick-off calls with sales channels and customers.
- Prepare documentation for order entry into business systems.
- Process change order requests.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and support sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records of workflows and proposal activities.
- Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities.
- Practice and promote a strong “Customer Thinking” mindset.
Requirements
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A technical or engineering background (mechanical, industrial, chemical, or similar fields).
- Ability to organize work independently and contribute positively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to understand business drivers and apply them to daily decisions.
- Curiosity and analytical thinking.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in sales support, proposals, or customer service within a technical or industrial environment.
- Ability to communicate in additional European languages.
- Familiarity with working in cross-functional, international teams.
