Responsibilities

Supporting Arla’s colleagues in ordering process and answering queries via Service Hub tool
Providing high service level to stakeholders and building strong collaboration
Solving price discrepancies in SAP and Coupa system
Updating Procurement Masterdata to support better quality
Supporting improvements implementation within the team
Ensure delivery of operational KPIs within own area

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar area
Fluency in English
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and engagement
Openness for change and improvements
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Good knowledge of the MS Office package

Desired Qualifications

German language skills would be considered a strong advantage
