Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project execution, developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and establish team agreements.
- Create and maintain the Project Backlog and ensure timely closure.
- Plan, forecast, monitor, and control project budgets.
- Assess organizational benefits and value the project is expected to deliver.
- Initiate and oversee the AFIS Project.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure recovery plans are in place and monitor their effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities for successful project execution.
- Manage allocated resources, including task delegation, motivation, support, and escalation.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Manage conflicts within the team.
- Maintain effective and recurrent communication with the project team and stakeholders.
- Report project progress and status to Governance or Steering Committee.
- Ensure customer focus and strive to increase customer value and satisfaction.
- Maintain and update project documentation and systems in accordance with Autoliv policies.
- Use applicable problem-solving tools and methods.
- Monitor critical paths and ensure timely delivery of project phases.
- Set up and maintain regular project meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular retrospectives to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Use feedback loops to adjust planning and execution practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Project Management training is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in dynamic environments and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, build networks, and work effectively in teams.
- High level of professionalism, ownership, and leadership potential.
