- Escalate problems or information variances systematically.
- Follow through on resolutions to ensure delivery.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments.
- Meet productivity, quality, and hygiene metrics/goals.
- Share inputs for SOP enhancements.
Requirements
- Background in transportation.
- Background in risk management.

- Experience in identity verification.
