Arla Foods Corporation is looking for an Inventory Control Specialist in Makati City to lead inventory control across all warehouses nationwide. This role requires ensuring accurate records, disciplined transactions, timely reconciliation, and strong inventory governance, while monitoring stock movements and quantities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in inventory management, experience with WMS (preferably Oracle NetSuite) and strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Lead inventory control across all warehouses (main, overflow, and regional), ensuring compliance with standard processes and policies.
Maintain accurate, daily inventory visibility by validating data across WMS, ERP, and 3PL systems.
Manage cycle counts and physical inventories, ensuring discrepancies are investigated, reconciled, and resolved promptly.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
Monitor stock status – aging, expiry and damaged, ensuring proper handling, disposition, and loss prevention.
Drive reporting, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, partnering with 3PLs and internal teams to enhance inventory accuracy and control.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in managing inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and stock movement controls across multiple warehouses.
Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably in Oracle NetSuite.
Strong MS Excel skills.
Organized, results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership.
Able to do thorough data analysis and confidently communicate results and insights for action planning.
