Responsibilities
- Plan and execute store layouts, displays, and room settings
- Support seasonal launches and store transformations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
- Use REVIT and other design tools to bring concepts to life
- Assist with display installation, merchandising, and commercial lighting
- Utilise global tools to apply local and national guidelines to visual merchandising, strengthening the IKEA brand
Requirements
- Formal education in Architecture or Shop Design and 1 year of related experience, or minimum 3 years of related experience
- Proficiency with REVIT (required)
- Education and/or experience in Home Furnishing, Interior Design, or a related field
- Strong visual and space-planning skills
- Passion for home furnishing, design, and retail
- Hands-on experience with tools, measuring, and display installation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working on ladders and completing physical project work
Desired Qualifications
- The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 46,000 CAD to 58,000 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
