We are seeking a passionate design professional for Interior Design & Visual Merchandising. Responsibilities include planning store layouts, displays, and collaborating with teams to enhance the customer experience using REVIT and other design tools. Requires formal education in Architecture or Shop Design with 1 year of experience, or 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute store layouts, displays, and room settings
Support seasonal launches and store transformations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
Use REVIT and other design tools to bring concepts to life
Assist with display installation, merchandising, and commercial lighting
Utilise global tools to apply local and national guidelines to visual merchandising, strengthening the IKEA brand

Requirements

Formal education in Architecture or Shop Design and 1 year of related experience, or minimum 3 years of related experience
Proficiency with REVIT (required)
Education and/or experience in Home Furnishing, Interior Design, or a related field
Strong visual and space-planning skills
Passion for home furnishing, design, and retail
Hands-on experience with tools, measuring, and display installation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working on ladders and completing physical project work

Desired Qualifications

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 46,000 CAD to 58,000 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
