ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems seeks an Installation Manager in Austell, Georgia to lead installation operations. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, managing multiple projects, coordinating schedules, and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all Installation Technicians activities.
Manage multiple installation projects monthly, including equipment ordering and release.
Coordinate project scheduling with end-user customers.
Meet established goals and growth objectives under the direction of the Operations Leader or District Manager.
Supervise and delegate responsibilities to Administrative personnel for scheduling, ordering, and installation coordination.
Develop and maintain relationships with End-users (Health Care, Retail), General Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architects, and Suppliers.
Maintain communication with the Factory regarding backlog and job release.
Interact with the Sales Department to determine proper labor hours and project margins.
Review projections and forecast reports.

Requirements

High School Diploma (required); AA, BA, BS preferred.
Team approach with effective communication skills for interdepartmental work.
Prior experience directly managing/supervising Field Technicians in the Door Automation/Construction Industry.
Background in the successful planning and completion of contracted jobs in the Construction Industry.
Prior experience supervising Administrative personnel for scheduling, ordering, and coordinating installation activities.
Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including different hours and weekends.
Exceptional communication (written/verbal) skills.
Proven hands-on experience developing relationships with General Contractors and End-Users across Retail, Healthcare, Government, and other sectors, as well as sub-contractors.
Proven experience dealing with vendors and suppliers for proper ordering and timely supply of products.
Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings.
Experience in establishing monthly forecasting and results.
Computer experience in Microsoft Office and Baan.

Desired Qualifications

Prior experience installing electromechanical products is desired.
