Atlas Copco Group is looking for an HR Specialist in Shanghai to manage employee life cycle operations, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. This role involves handling onboarding, mobility, and termination processes, as well as providing HR support and generating reports.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for internal BA’s staffing operations including onboarding, mobility and termination process, ensure the process is aligned with the standard SOP.
- Act as the key contact to conduct effective communication on inquiries and solve problems from BA HR and employees.
- Close interaction with BA HR to identify and analyze customer needs and requirements, responsible to provide related solution.
- Responsible to use HR systems to generate kinds of standard statistics reporting.
- Organize regular service review meeting with responsible internal customers to communicate service indicator, process and pending issues and ensure the follow-up actions.
- Other tasks assigned by managers.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of HR operation experiences.
- Shared service background in a multinational company will be a plus.
- Good PC knowledge and MS Office skill.
- Be familiar with Chinese Labor Law.
- Bachelor degree.
- Good English skill.
- Diligent, careful and pro-active attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to take responsibility, team-work spirit.
