Our HR team in Belgrade is seeking an enthusiastic HR Specialist with 1-2 years of experience. The role involves managing daily employee inquiries, maintaining personnel files, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and processing HR documentation. The position offers a hybrid work model, private health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for daily employee inquiries regarding pay, schedules, leave and holiday balances.
Maintain, manage, and audit personnel files and employment documentation.
Process Social Security registrations and cancellations.
Handle employee settlements, and track attendance issues such as sick leave, absenteeism, and holiday requests.
Guarantee adherence to local labor laws, cluster regulations, and Collective Labor Agreements.
Process disciplinary actions alongside relevant departments and advise team leaders on managing employment relationships with their staff.
Maintain and update internal HR procedures, proactively proposing workflow enhancements to improve service quality.

Requirements

Previous experience in human resources is mandatory - at least 1 or 2 years.
Full proficiency in English language (C1 level).
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work from our office in Belgrade.
Highly adaptable and detail-oriented persona, ready to work with given deadlines.
Highly developed communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a relevant/similar field would be an advantage.
