- Proven track record in coaching leaders to drive change and transformation.
- Proven track record as a manager of HR professionals.
- Experience working in a matrix organisation.
- Ability to collaborate and get things done in a culturally diverse environment.
- Strong experience in Employee Relations.
- Ability to mix strategic and operational priorities.
- Led a business through transformation.
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
