Responsibilities

Lead the overall performance, development, and strategic direction of the Settlement product area.
Set strategic direction for Settlement and Business Core, aligning business priorities, product strategy, and technology.
Drive business value through prioritization, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement.
Lead the modernization of the Settlement technology landscape, including transition to the future Settlement Platform.
Drive the use of Azure Cloud and API-based integrations to support business-critical processes.
Build strong partnerships across business and IT, ensuring alignment on priorities, investments, and outcomes.
Lead financial planning, governance, vendor management, and operational performance.
Develop a high-performing team.

Requirements

5+ years of experience leading technology products, platforms, or strategic initiatives in a large, complex organization.
Strong track record of developing high-performing teams, leaders, and organizational capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology.
Experience with budgets, investments, governance, vendors, and strategic technology portfolios.
Experience driving technology modernization and transformation in complex environments.
Good understanding of cloud technologies, integration architectures, and enterprise technology landscapes.
Pragmatic, collaborative, and results-oriented leadership approach with a strong focus on value creation and continuous improvement.
