Responsibilities
- Support the verification of processor, DSP, AI accelerator, and system-level hardware designs.
- Develop and maintain testbench components using SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies.
- Create and execute verification test cases to validate hardware functionality.
- Assist in developing constrained-random, directed, and coverage-driven verification environments.
- Analyze simulation results and debug functional issues.
- Work closely with design and architecture teams to understand specifications and verification requirements.
- Collect and analyze functional and code coverage metrics.
- Contribute to verification automation, scripting, and infrastructure improvements.
- Participate in design reviews, verification reviews, and team technical discussions.
- Learn and apply industry-standard verification methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in hardware design, verification, or digital design.
- Academic or internship experience with digital design concepts and RTL development.
- Exposure to SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL, or similar hardware description languages.
- Basic understanding of computer architecture, microprocessors, and digital logic design.
- Familiarity with simulation and debugging tools.
- Programming or scripting experience with C, C++, Python, or similar languages.
Desired Qualifications
- Internship, university project, or research experience related to digital design or verification.
- Exposure to SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies.
- Understanding of verification concepts such as functional coverage, assertions, or constrained-random verification.
- Knowledge of CPU, DSP, GPU, AI accelerator, or SoC architectures.
- Experience using Linux-based development environments.
