Responsibilities

Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other channels.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit and motivation.
Recommend recruitment strategies to support company growth.
Implement and refine recruiting processes to deliver high-quality results.
Articulate written plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess fit.
Filter candidates during recruiter phone screens.
Conduct on-phone and virtual candidate screening to assess qualifications and skill alignment.

Requirements

2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
Experience with a contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Ability to curate market intelligence for saturated markets.
Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other sourcing channels.
Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit.
Ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.

Desired Qualifications

Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
Experience hiring Full stack, Back-end, and Front-end engineers.
Experience in Data Analytics including Data Scientist (AI/ML) and Engineers.
Understanding of 2-3 Programming languages or key tech stacks like Python, Java, SQL, ETL, data pipelines, Hadoop, Spark, Big Data, or similar.
Experience in any 1 or 2 Tech hiring domains is an added advantage.
Market Intelligence: Understand the talent market to source the right talent from targeted organizations.
