The Finance Manager will lead financial planning and analysis for Shanghai and Singapore, communicating financial performance to US management and supporting business strategy. Key responsibilities include preparing profit reviews, budgets, forecasts, managing fiscal period closes, tax filings, internal/external audits, and team development.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and analysis for Shanghai and Singapore sites.
Communicate financial performance to US management and support business strategy.
Work with local managers and AP sales leaders to prepare profit reviews, annual budgets, and monthly POR forecasts.
Lead the Shanghai Finance Team for timely and accurate fiscal period closes and HFM submissions.
Manage China statutory reporting and tax filing.
Support Singapore General Finance team on month-end close and performance analysis.
Handle internal & external auditing for the Shanghai site and work with functional managers to clear findings.
Motivate finance team and develop talents.
Support global initiatives for system tools and process improvement.
Liaise between Tescom Headquarters and Automation Solution Asia Pacific on financial matters.
Handle non-routine special projects and reporting requirements.

Requirements

Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent professional qualification.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in a China manufacturing site.
5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Good business acumen and strong analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
Ability to produce presentations to management team.

Desired Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Oracle and HFM system is a plus.
