This internship offers hands-on experience supporting field service operations by coordinating activities, managing documentation, and maintaining operational data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful technical service delivery, contributing to process improvements within Emerson's dynamic culture.

Responsibilities

Support planning, coordination, and logistical preparation of field service activities.
Assist in preparation, management, and maintenance of safety-related documentation.
Support service completion reporting, administrative follow-up, and invoicing.
Maintain and update reports, databases, and operational records using Microsoft Excel.
Collaborate with Field Service, Operations, and other internal teams for effective scheduling and execution.
Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Languages, or related field.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
Authorization to work in Italy.
Proficiency in English.

Desired Qualifications

Previous internship, academic project, or practical experience supporting business operations, customer service, administration, or service-related activities.
Knowledge of reporting tools, data management, or process coordination.
Familiarity with safety documentation processes in industrial or technical environments.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with operational data.
Proficiency in additional languages.
