Amazon is seeking an experienced Licenses & Permits Executive for Real Estate to manage L&P activities across India, based in Bengaluru. The role involves obtaining and renewing building licenses and permits for existing and new facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Support the India team in obtaining and renewing building Licenses & Permits for Amazon India Warehouses/facilities.
Obtain requisite Licenses and Permits for operating existing and opening new business facilities.
Monitor legal compliances in the Company’s regions of work in the International domain and support the resolution of non-compliances.
Collaborate with Legal, Launch, Facility & WHS Teams to obtain all business licenses for new facilities.
Work closely with facility and procurement teams in renewing existing licenses and preparing MSAs for Vendors.

Requirements

Experience in obtaining building Licenses, Permits, approvals, NOC's for Commercial buildings.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in obtaining building Licenses, Permits, approvals, NOC's for Commercial buildings and Liaisoning, Statutory Compliance, regulatory compliance.
