Sandvik Mining and Construction DRC is seeking an EQ Controller in Lubumbashi. This role involves managing job creation, processes, financial transactions, and invoicing for the mining and engineering sectors. The ideal candidate is a Congolese citizen with accounting and mining/engineering experience, proficient in English and French, with SAP ERP knowledge being advantageous.

Responsibilities

Create jobs in the system per categories.
Implement and manage jobs process.
Follow up on different steps up to job completion and closing.
Prepare, record, verify, analyze and report all jobs.
Maintain and reconcile EQ/Services jobs accounts and ledger accounts.
Present WIP.
Ensure that EQ transaction entry verification procedures are followed.
Responsible for EQ/Service invoicing.
Support Sandvik business and External Service.

Requirements

Congolese citizen accountant.
Good understanding of cash in bank, debtors' days down and customers paying.
Solid background from the mining or engineering business.
Good knowledge of customer business procedures.
Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks.
Proficiency in both English and French.
Computer literacy.

Desired Qualifications

Aurora/SAP ERP knowledge is advantageous.
