- Document technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in training less experienced team members (for more experienced technicians).
Requirements
- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
- 1+ years of computer networking experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 18kg.
- Willingness to work in cramped spaces or elevated locations.
- Adherence to health & safety guidelines.
- Willingness to cover 24x7 shift rotation.
