AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a Data Center Engineering Operations Engineer in Mumbai to manage critical facilities. Responsibilities

Ensure all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment operates within contract parameters.
Manage risk and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure.
Oversee vendor management and metric reporting.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage planned and unplanned site works for critical infrastructure.
Manage on-site contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors.
Establish performance benchmarks and prepare reports on facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
Generate change management requests and incident management tickets.
Coordinate projects with various business leaders to manage capacity and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.
Drive and implement projects to increase facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability, and reliability.
Assist in recruiting efforts.
Support operating partners in resolving infrastructure engineering issues.
Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Perform rack installs, rack decommissioning, and facility MEP management.
Provide operational readings and key performance indicators to ensure uptime.
Perform and oversee maintenance and operations on all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment.

Requirements

2+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance experience
2+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of data center engineering experience
