Responsibilities

Develop innovative tools and solutions to discover regressions before they are merged into the OS codebase, using software engineering, AI, and data analytics.
Contribute feature work to the organization's automation framework for authoring test content.
Enhance the test authoring experience by developing AI solutions and leveraging cutting-edge MCPs.
Collaborate closely with engineers in Dublin, Redmond, Nairobi, and other locations to tackle compatibility issues in Windows.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
OR equivalent experience.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working with and building AI solutions is highly desired.
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity comfortably.
Passion for customers, product quality, and a drive for results.
Leadership and communication skills are key to this role.
