Responsibilities
- Maintain and upkeep data center infrastructure.
- Perform server rack installation, hardware break-fix, and network troubleshooting.
- Respond to emergent situations affecting operational stability.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers (Hardware Vendors, Contractors, Service Providers).
- Meet SLAs against assigned trouble tickets and perform first-line hardware troubleshooting.
- Participate in on-call duties, scheduled maintenance, and change management activities.
- Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives.
- Support DC infrastructure equipment such as racks, servers, networking devices, and cables.
- Follow ticket-based instructions for systematic problem resolution and routine operation activities.
- Maintain tidiness in operation areas.
Requirements
- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
- 1+ years of computer networking experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of Linux.
- Ability to work within server and equipment enclosures where space is compact.
- Willingness to cover 24x7 shift rotation.
- Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.
