This role involves maintaining and supporting AWS cloud infrastructure, including server rack installation, hardware break-fix, and network troubleshooting. The position requires working in a 24x7 shift rotation and contributing to operational stability and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Maintain and upkeep data center infrastructure.
Perform server rack installation, hardware break-fix, and troubleshooting of various components.
Troubleshoot network issues and respond to emergent situations affecting operational stability.
Serve as the primary contact for internal customers and external service partners.
Meet SLAs for assigned trouble tickets and perform hardware troubleshooting.
Participate in on-call duties, scheduled maintenance, and change management activities.
Contribute to team meetings for metric analysis and goal achievement.
Document technical issues through root cause analysis and contribute to process improvement.
Support DC infrastructure equipment, including racks, servers, networking devices, and cables.
Work in a ticket-based environment for systematic problem resolution and routine operations.
Maintain tidiness in operation areas.

Requirements

Knowledge of server hardware and components.
Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment, and troubleshooting methodologies.
2+ years of data center experience.
Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
Experience in networking.
