AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a Data Center Strategic Negotiator (Real Estate) for APAC to lead colocation contract negotiations and expand the data center footprint while optimizing costs. This role requires strong market analysis, deal structuring, and relationship management skills to partner with colocation providers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Drive data center deals and overall infrastructure strategy for target regions.
Understand the supplier base (Colocation providers and Real Estate developers) and market dynamics.
Develop long-term strategic partnerships.
Set business development plans in line with organizational strategic direction.
Negotiate and close multi-million dollar contracts.
Understand technical requirements and negotiate solutions meeting business objectives.
Own business case creation and presentation to leadership.
Prepare and give project reviews to senior management.
Work in a high-pressure environment and manage competing priorities.
Foster a culture of speed, flexibility, and frugality.
Develop and implement new mechanisms to improve customer experience.
Perform 10-20% business travel.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, real estate, or related field.
Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery.
Experience directly related to the design or construction of large data center facilities.
13+ years of transactional accounting field experience.
Experience delivering results and generating transformational growth.
