Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer business plans aligned with National Foodservice Sales strategy.
- Drive profitable sales growth across key product categories with foodservice distributors, chains, and processors.
- Build, manage, and strengthen customer relationships to identify business opportunities.
- Manage pricing, rebates, trade investments, receivables, deductions, forecasting, and product launches.
- Oversee monthly customer costing processes for further processors.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting to support inventory management.
- Provide regular business updates and performance reporting.
- Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer developments.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Ensure customer information, contacts, and other administrative requirements are maintained accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of sales experience within the Foodservice industry working with national Foodservice accounts.
- Experience working with customer pricing, profitability management, forecasting, and trade investments.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyze customer performance and develop strategic plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across functions.
- A growth mindset, high level of accountability, and commitment to continuous learning and development.
- A University or College degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
