Alstom seeks a full-time Components Subsystem Manager in Coimbatore to lead the RS Electrical Wiring Harness and cabinet subsystem Project, focusing on QCD commitments and stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities

Lead and execute the RS Electrical Wiring Harness and cabinet subsystem Project, ensuring QCD commitments are met.
Organize the project, build the project team, and manage detailed planning from Notice to Proceed to end of Warranty.
Ensure strong Change & configuration management and manage variation orders.
Ensure commercial success and customer satisfaction, considering all stakeholders.
Communicate deliverables and goals to internal & external stakeholders.
Control the budget and perform financial reporting.
Identify and manage risks and opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement actions and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Graduate and Post Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical degree
Experience or understanding of Project Management (15+ yrs preferred)
Knowledge of working with international teams
Familiarity with the rail industry's standards and practices
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and motivational skills

Desired Qualifications

A PMP/IPMA certification (highly preferable)
