Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales team and manage bookings/orders governance.
Run recurring bookings cadence with Sales leadership and drive accountability on major bookings.
Challenge forecast/rolling budget commitments from Sales leadership.
Translate financial discussions into numbers, analyzing performance against budgets.
Ensure data sanity by comparing CRM Funnel and Order forecast by Kind of Business and Product segment.
Drive Sales/Revenue forecast/rolling budget commitments through backlog management and phasing discipline.
Support finance transformation by implementing AI-enabled solutions and BI tools for automation.
Maintain an automation mindset to streamline data sources and data lakes.
Contribute to team playing, creative thinking, and solutions to achieve organizational objectives.
Support ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent experience in Accountancy/CS/CMA/CPA.
7-9 years of relevant accounting and financial management experience.
Proficiency with Oracle and HFM.
Team leadership and development experience.
Able to travel ~25% of time, as required.
Proven experience of initiating and implementing operational improvements.

Desired Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
System Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management.
Power BI or related presentation tools.
