Responsibilities
- Drive customer success by leading architectural design and engaging with decision-makers for sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.
- Leverage agentic AI expertise, including prompt engineering and agent building, to define reusable reference architectures and delivery patterns.
- Lead technically across account teams, orchestrate virtual teams, resolve blockers, and take architectural accountability for engagements with significant risk, including those requiring national security clearance.
- Explore growth opportunities by partnering with technical and sales teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Mentor and coach less experienced architects, lead skilling sessions, and contribute to intellectual property creation and reuse.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and feedback to inform internal strategy and maintain technical readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Personal security clearance required for specific customer segments.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, advising senior and executive stakeholders.
- Track record of leading complex, multi-workload architectures end to end.
- Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Cowork and agent development, Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, Microsoft Graph connectors, and Azure AI services.
