Responsibilities

Manage back-end programming languages and frameworks (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript).
Set up and maintain databases using SQL, including query and reporting tools, APIs, and SQL Server.
Integrate with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and enterprise systems.
Understand SCM, Procurement, and Manufacturing functional processes.
Utilize Intelligent Automation solutions, RPA, and AI technologies (Claude, ChatGPT, MS Copilot Studio).
Handle support tickets and follow change management processes.
Interact with customers to understand requirements and provide optimal solutions.
Perform ongoing system support, including training, documentation, troubleshooting, and regression testing.
Utilize strong presentation, collaborative, and facilitation skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Fully Bilingual English.
10 years of experience.
Ability to travel internationally (USA-VISA).
