Responsibilities

  • Provide calendar management and time planning support for directors.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including booking rooms and troubleshooting AV/technical issues.
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance) and external partners.
  • Participate in the Business Support community, potentially mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of events.
  • Manage projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and identifying risks.
  • Oversee hardware/supply management, process expense reports, and manage purchase orders.
  • Understand and support the rhythm of business (ROB) for the team.
  • Maintain space management processes and support large-scale space requests.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure compliance with travel policies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience.
  • Proven organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Team-first mindset and willingness to step in where required.

Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience, preferably with scheduling, travel management, and basic administration.
  • Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
