Responsibilities

Ensure seamless deployment and ongoing success of AX and CX solutions, with a specific focus on AI.
Utilize a standardized, end-to-end implementation framework.
Mitigate technical risks and ensure solutions are optimized for client requirements.
Provide rigorous post-implementation support and maintain project documentation.
Guarantee operational stability and long-term scalability for the digital portfolio.
Collaborate closely with BA, Implementation, and Support teams.

Requirements

Experience as a Business Analyst, Insights Specialist, AX/CX Solutions Specialist, Training and/or Quality Manager or Team Leader (Ops or IT).
Advanced training in Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications.
Proven experience in AX and CX solutions and the end-to-end implementation of AX/CX-related tools and platforms.
A blend of technical skills and ability to communicate across a range of stakeholders.
Ability to take ownership of tasks or projects and problem-solve issues as they arise.
English verbal and written C1 level.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset based on regional client needs.
