Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to end customers within assigned segments and regions.
- Identify customer pain points and process requirements, delivering tailored solutions.
- Systematically enhance product and application expertise of internal and channel partner teams.
- Resolve complex technical application challenges to increase customer efficiency or reduce costs.
- Maintain communication with the global product team.
- Lead or participate in new product testing and validation.
- Collect and analyze competitor intelligence, including product specifications, pricing, and marketing activities.
- Transform findings into actionable insights for strategic adjustments and product positioning.
Requirements
- University/colleague degree in Mechanical or related field.
- Workable English (spoken and written).
- Very good technical understanding and product knowledge.
- Self-initiative and self-disciplined.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong channel/distributor management experience.
- Open-mindedness.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to frequently travel domestically.
