Volvo Trucks Latin America is seeking a Telemetry & Performance Analyst in Curitiba, Brazil, to provide technical support for Volvo Connect and CIV, troubleshoot connectivity and data issues, and assist customers with tool usage. This on-site role involves executing remote software downloads and analyzing vehicle performance data to ensure customer satisfaction and drive digital service adoption.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for Volvo Connect and CIV, resolving issues and clarifying questions from customers, dealers, and internal teams.
Register and follow up on support cases in the ticketing system, keeping customers informed and escalating complex issues.
Troubleshoot connectivity and data issues on vehicles, coordinating resolution with dealers and technical teams.
Support customers in the use of driving and performance data, helping them interpret reports and identify improvement opportunities.
Guide customers and integrators on accessing and using Volvo Connect data and APIs.
Execute and monitor Remote Software Download (RSDW) activities on connected vehicles.
Maintain up-to-date RSDW records, including logs, status, and success rates.
Track support KPIs, SLAs, and PIs using Power BI dashboards and address deviations.
Provide technical guidance and training to the dealer network and CIV Advisors.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, investigating root causes, and suggesting process enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, or Computer), Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience in telematics, fleet management, connected vehicles, or technical support for commercial vehicles.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Availability to travel across Latin America.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of Volvo Connect and CIV (or similar telematics platforms).
Knowledge of the main drivers of fuel efficiency and driving performance in heavy trucks.
Knowledge of vehicle electronic architecture, software updates, and diagnostic tools (e.g., Tech Tool).
Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Power BI and Excel.
Familiarity with APIs.
Structured problem-solving (PDCA, root cause analysis) and Lean mindset.
Green Belt certification.
Customer-focused with clear communication skills.
Spanish language proficiency is a strong advantage.
