The Advocacy Operations Associate will support a fast-paced operational environment at Amazon Flex, focusing on resolving delivery partner experience issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage work plans and priorities, and adherence to SOPs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

Follow SOP or manager's instructions and ensures tasks are quality compliant.
Contribute to project improvement ideas.
Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks.
Proactively raise issues/alarms to manager or stakeholders.
Meet business metrics and goals, i.e., SLA, productivity targets and quality benchmarks.
Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
