Responsibilities
- Manage tenant billing processes, including issuance of rental, utilities, marketing, and other income invoices.
- Perform monthly GTO rental calculations and invoice issuance.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, ensuring timely collection.
- Issue reminder letters and actively chase payments.
- Calculate and issue late payment interest for overdue invoices.
- Perform carpark income reconciliation and ensure timely SST calculation.
- Update and track tenant collection status daily and weekly.
- Participate in monthly Credit Control Meetings.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support Assistant Accounting Manager and Accounting Manager in AR-related tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Accounting.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
- IT literate and proficient in MS Office applications (Microsoft Word & Excel).
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Able to work under challenging working environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in billing, reconciliation, and records.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Team player with good analytical and communication skills.
- Meticulous, higher level of accuracy, reliable, proactive, and resourceful.
- Strong negotiator with excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
- Ability to develop rapport with people at all levels.
