As a Whole House Design Consultant in Xi'an, you will meet customer needs by understanding their home furnishing requirements and trends. You will leverage your knowledge of interior design and IKEA's concepts to create inspiring and functional home solutions, driving sales and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

Understand customer's home living and furnishing needs to create excellent customer experiences.
Contribute ideas in discussions by staying updated on furnishing knowledge, retail landscape, competitors, and trends.
Transform furnishing knowledge into functional home solutions that exceed customer expectations and reflect IKEA's furnishing philosophy.
Provide excellent, simple, and efficient designs using global methods and best practices.
Collaborate closely with the business team and customer relations department to implement daily work plans.
Proactively stay updated on the latest fashion trends and concepts in whole house design and interior decoration to meet customer needs and guide purchases.
Understand IKEA's purchasing, design, and after-sales processes to serve customers and collaborate effectively with the team.

Requirements

Thorough understanding of IKEA home furnishing concepts (living situations, style types, store communication).
Thorough understanding of the entire product range.
In-depth understanding of IKEA's product display concepts (layout as a commercial tool, store media, display techniques).
In-depth understanding of local market home living situations and market research results (e.g., IKEA customer satisfaction surveys, IKEA brand equity).
Thorough understanding of interior design and trends affecting home furnishing.
Deep knowledge of identifying and seizing opportunities for additional sales, cross-sales, and up-selling.
Familiarity with IKEA concepts, brand goals, and IKEA's mechanical sales system.
Gain and enhance customer trust through professional IKEA internal and external home furnishing knowledge.
