Electrolux Group seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for their Lancaster, TX facility, responsible for managing day-to-day distribution center operations, including shipping, receiving, and safety. This full-time role requires strong leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize performance through continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Regional Distribution Center.
Provide direction and leadership to shipping, receiving, and safety functions.
Ensure on-time fulfillment of customer orders while meeting inventory and service objectives.
Partner with Inventory Control, Supply Planning, Sales, Fulfillment, and HR.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using KPIs and operational metrics.
Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Ensure effective workforce management, including timekeeping and performance management.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field.
Proven people leadership skills with a strong track record of team building, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success in reducing costs, improving processes, leading change initiatives, and continuously improving operations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), including load planning, routing, and shipment optimization.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
