Responsibilities
- Comply with SOPs and work instructions.
- Meet performance standards for KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with peers and internal customers.
- Identify, label, and place materials in stock; record inventory location.
- Pull and verify materials and supplies for production orders.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, verifying incoming deliveries against purchase orders.
- Review pick sheets and pull products for customer orders.
- Move freight and stock using manual methods or equipment like forklifts.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' manufacturing experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work at a fast pace with very high attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required, including weekends and periodically different shifts.
- Ability to learn, use, and maintain specialized equipment.
- Acceptance and embrace of constant change.
- Effective communication in English (verbally and in writing).

- Experience with HID technology.
