Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare large volumes of orders for online and in-store collection or delivery.
- Receive stock, check order accuracy, and prepare orders for delivery.
- Meet customers in-store during order picking.
- Use internal systems to ensure accurate and full stock availability.
- Ensure products are always available by accurately and promptly completing tasks.
- Adhere to IKEA health, safety, and security rules.
- Contribute to optimized daily fulfilment operations.
- Perform manual handling using safety protocols and pump trucks.
Requirements
- Comfortable using computers and handheld devices for stock checking and customer questions.
- Proactive and able to use initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
- Adaptable mindset to switch between tasks and work within tight time frames.
- Ability to work with guidance to accomplish set goals in agreed timeframes using standard ways of working.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfilment role is beneficial.
- Flexibility to discuss working hours to match life and business needs.
