Responsibilities
- Load parts onto a moving production line.
- Check for incoming materials to prevent production delays.
- Ensure work area is clean and perform necessary housekeeping.
- Recognize and reject parts that do not meet specifications or quality standards.
- Sustain repetitive motions using arms and hands.
- Follow and adhere to the dress code.
- Comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold air.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
- 6 months experience in manufacturing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ability to think and react quickly to changing situations.
- Ability to work side by side with other Loaders.
- Ability to stand at work station for a long period of time.
- Required to lift up to approximately 40 pounds.
Desired Qualifications
- Basic math skills.
- Flexibility with production hours.
- Good understanding of quality control.
Benefits
- This is a 1st shift position, Monday - Friday, 4:00am - 2:30pm.
