Responsibilities
- Load parts onto a moving production line.
- Check for incoming materials to prevent production stalls.
- Ensure work area is clean and perform housekeeping.
- Recognize and reject parts that do not meet specifications.
- Sustain repetitive motions using arms and hands.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold air.
- Follow and adhere to the dress code.
- Comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent
- 6 months experience in manufacturing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment
- Ability to think and react quickly to changing situations
- Ability to work side by side with other Loaders
- Ability to stand at work station for a long period of time
- Required to lift up to approximately 40 pounds
- Basic math skills
- Flexibility with production hours

- Good understanding of quality control.
