Responsibilities
- Define and implement the offering development process from market evaluation to commercialization.
- Develop and execute the Rotary Drilling product roadmap aligned with business strategy, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Lead new product development and the complete product lifecycle, integrating Automation, Electrification, and Digitalization.
- Own product profitability through cost reduction, portfolio rationalization, and quality/efficiency improvements.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, engineering vendors, and division management.
- Build and retain a strong R&D and Product Management team fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Strong experience in Automation, Electrification, or Digitalization.
- Experience leading cross-functional, global teams and delivering complex technical projects on time and to expected quality.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, indefinite basis without sponsorship.
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive progressive leadership experience in product development, product line management, or both.
- Proven success in launching products, leading large teams, and driving strategic growth in complex technical environments.
- Expertise in rotary drilling applications and technologies is an advantage.
- Result-focused and hands-on approach.
- Ability to lead change with creativity and commitment.
- Effective collaboration across organizational boundaries.
- Genuine passion for developing advanced industrial products and solutions.
