Alstom is seeking a Train Operations Supervisor in Montreal, QC to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time train movements. This role involves coordinating train operators, managing crew performance, and investigating incidents to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Ensure transportation and customer service activities are performed safely, promptly, and courteously.
Coordinate and supervise locomotive engineers and train operators.
Report and coordinate response to accidents, derailments, or disruptions.
Investigate customer complaints, accidents, injuries, and rule violations.
Monitor and assess the performance of locomotive engineers and train operators.
Interface with host railways' control centers and operating officers to ensure coordination and correct deviations.

Requirements

College degree in a relevant field (Administration and/or Engineering).
Locomotive Engineer certification.
Rules Qualification and Canadian Rail Operating Rules (CROR) certification.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the rail industry as a locomotive engineer, train operator, supervisor, or trainmaster.
Relevant experience in crew management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
