Responsibilities

Act as L3 escalation point for wireless issues.
Troubleshoot complex WLAN performance issues.
Analyze wireless user experience and client behavior.
Optimize RF design and coverage.
Manage Cisco WLC 9800, Cisco Access Points, Wireless Assurance, Cisco Mobility Services.
Administer Aruba Central, Aruba Mobility Controllers, Aruba APs, AI Insights, AirWave.
Perform RF tuning and optimization, channel utilization analysis, coverage gap analysis, and roaming optimization.
Manage site and group administration, template administration, firmware compliance, and AI-powered analytics review in Aruba Central.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and maintain Known Error Database for wireless stability.
Manage controller upgrades, AP firmware upgrades, ArubaOS upgrades, and wireless software compliance.
Ensure Cisco ISE Integration, Aruba ClearPass, 802.1X Authentication, NAC, wireless segmentation, and policy enforcement.
Utilize DNAC APIs, Aruba Central APIs, and Python for automation.
Generate wireless reporting and dashboards.
