RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. is seeking a Senior Machine Maintenance Technician to conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, calibration, and equipment conversions. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, ensuring production readiness, and supporting engineers with complex tasks.

Responsibilities

Conduct PM, calibration, and conversions as scheduled for individual equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues within the scope of responsibility.
Release equipment to production after maintenance or repair, ensuring good working condition and meeting safety/quality requirements.
Comply with safety standards during machine PM, conversions, repairs, and chemical handling.
Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with procedures and buy-off checklists.
Strictly comply with process parameter specifications and tolerances.
Withdraw spare parts from MPC for machine repairs.
Service/repair tooling/jigs/machine parts timely to maintain spares availability.
Support engineers in machine setup, qualification, and optimization for new products, materials, and processes.
Assist engineers in performing complex troubleshooting, equipment upgrades, qualification activities, and improvement projects.
Provide proper shift handover and communicate equipment status, issues, and pending actions.

Requirements

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Technical Certificate.
3 years of relevant technical experience.
Possesses technical competencies in his field of study.
Ability to work independently and be hands-on, diving into technical details.
Experience with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power-Point, Excel and Word.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of electroplating or wet tools is preferred.
