Enhance operational systems using EMC Isilon and IBM Spectrum Scale for improved reporting, streamlined information flow, and optimized business processes.
Analyze client requirements and ensure the support team meets expectations using NetApp File Storage solutions for data management.
Lead and mentor the project team, ensuring transparent communication of project goals and fostering collaboration within EMC Isilon environments.
Drive innovation in process development by leveraging best practices in support operations and integrating new technologies to enhance service delivery.
Provide tailored solutions that align with customer needs and operational capabilities, resulting in measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

Proficient in EMC Isilon and its operational management.
Strong understanding of NetApp File Storage and IBM Spectrum Scale technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster effective communication.

Desired Qualifications
