The candidate will be responsible for administering and supporting various M365 services, managing user identities via Microsoft Entra ID, and providing L2/L3 support for incidents and service requests. Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
  • Manage user identities, groups, roles, and licenses using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Provide L2/L3 support for M365 incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor M365 service health, availability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve messaging, collaboration, and identity issues.
  • Implement and support security controls (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP).
  • Manage email, collaboration, and document access configurations.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and user lifecycle activities.
  • Assist with M365 migrations, upgrades, and feature rollouts.
  • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell where applicable.
  • Work with Microsoft Support and third‑party vendors for issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, ITSM processes, and service governance.
  • Maintain service documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
  • Support compliance requirements including retention and basic eDiscovery.
  • Proactively recommend improvements and best practices for M365 services.
