Enhance operational systems using Rubrik CDM and EMC Legato for reporting, information flow, and business process optimization.
Analyze client requirements and ensure the support team delivers exceptional service using EMC Legato for data protection and recovery.
Lead and mentor the project team by fostering transparent communication and leveraging best practices in operational management.
Drive innovation and process development by identifying opportunities for improvement in service delivery using Rubrik CDM technologies.
Provide tailored solutions aligned with customer needs using EMC Legato and Rubrik CDM to achieve business outcomes.

Requirements

Proficient in Rubrik CDM (Cloud Data Management)
Proficient in EMC Legato
Strong understanding of Operational Management Principles
Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
Effective Communication and Team Leadership Abilities

Desired Qualifications

Optional but valuable certifications in Rubrik CDM or EMC Legato
