We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Lead to manage and lead a team of approximately 35 cybersecurity professionals across multiple security domains. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, customer relationship management, people leadership, operational governance, security compliance, and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of ~35 cybersecurity professionals.
Drive resource planning, utilization, hiring, onboarding, and capability development.
Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, coaching, and succession planning.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance, and quality standards.
Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Own end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services across IAM, PAM, SOC, Firewall & Network Security, Vulnerability Management, and Security Assurance & Compliance.
Ensure SLA/KPI achievement and service excellence.
Drive incident, problem, change, and risk management processes.
Manage operational governance, audit readiness, and compliance requirements.
Act as the primary customer-facing lead for cybersecurity services.
Conduct governance meetings, service reviews, and executive presentations.
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Identify opportunities for service improvement, automation, and cybersecurity transformation.
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, SOC2, GDPR.
Support internal and external audits.
Drive risk assessments, remediation tracking, and compliance reporting.

Requirements

Provide strategic guidance on IAM (Entra ID, Azure AD, MFA, PIM).
Provide strategic guidance on PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
Provide strategic guidance on SOC (SIEM, SOAR, Threat Hunting, Incident Response).
Provide strategic guidance on Firewall Technologies (Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Fortinet, Cisco).
Provide strategic guidance on Cloud Security (Azure, AWS).
Provide strategic guidance on Security Monitoring & Vulnerability Management.
Support architecture reviews and cybersecurity roadmaps.
Drive security automation and operational efficiencies.
Strong knowledge of IAM, PAM, SOC, Firewall Security, and Security Assurance.
Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, Chronicle.
Knowledge of CyberArk or equivalent PAM platforms.
Strong understanding of security operations, threat detection, and incident response.
Knowledge of Azure/AWS security services.
Familiarity with security governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
Team management of 25+ resources.
Stakeholder and executive management.
Budget and capacity planning.
Vendor and customer management.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
